A storm is brewing!

There's a storm brewing in Southern Indiana, but don't alert your local weather person! You may want to alert your sports editor though. Why the sports editor? Well there is a storm coming and this storm is so fierce it has been named. It's name is the Southern Indiana Storm. What is the Southern Indiana Storm? It's a newly formed USWFL (United States Women’s Football League) team that will be playing in Southern Indiana in the 2016 season.

What is the USWFL? The USWFL is a full contact Semi Pro woman's football league in the Midwest and East Coast where women 18 years and older compete in home and away games in an effort to make it to the playoffs, then win the championship. Not unlike the NFL. 

The Storm is starting from the ground up and it has experienced the same growing pains as any start up operation, but it is determined to hit the ground running in a week as it travels to Tennessee to face the Tennessee Legacy in the season opener and the Storms Franchise 1st ever game. There is a fierce storm brewing within these talented ladies and they will be a force to be reckoned with as they storm their way through the regular season and into the post season.
